This is where my Executive Growth Coaching comes in. I offer a confidential space for you to pause, reflect, and work through knotty leadership and life issues. As your trusted guide, I’ll help you regain clarity, reframe perspectives, and realign your focus so you can lead with greater impact, purpose, and fulfillment.
What is different about working with me? I draw on real-world, high-stakes leadership experience. This includes being a senior diplomat, leading a multi-million dollar international expansion project, building and leading teams across cultures and countries, and gleaning insight by working with innumerable CEOs as they navigate international risk.
My journey across 25 countries as an international diplomat was not just an external, adventurous career but also an inner odyssey of growth and reinvention. I’ve navigated uncertainty, worked through dark times, and found a way forward through struggle and self-reflection. My coaching approach stems from the same proven techniques and processes that enabled professional milestones and personal transformation.

Executive Coaching Components
1. Welcome Survey
You will complete an online reflection survey to help me understand your goals, challenges and context. We’ll also have a initial welcome session to dig deeper into the survey and get comfortable with each other.
2. Plan Development
I analyze your survey responses and welcome session reflections to develop a custom coaching plan that aligns with your unique needs and aspirations. We’ll review and refine it together to ensure it’s the right fit.
3. Session Preparation
Before each session, you’ll receive curated readings and exercises to help you reflect deeply and prepare the coaching session.
4. Coaching Sessions
Through 6–8 sessions, 1-hour in length, I’ll take you through a topical journey using guided reflection, thoughtful questions, discussion, and practical insights. The topics for each session will have been identified in your Welcome Survey and tailored to your priorities.
5. Session Follow-Up
After each session, you’ll receive actionable assignments to apply what you’ve learned in real-life situations—ensuring tangible progress and lasting impact.
6. Action
Together, we’ll create a holistic action plan to implement your insights and strategies in both your professional and personal life. When our formal coaching is complete, we’ll schedule brief “check-ins” for motivation and action plan adjustments.
