Over the course of 25 years and across 23 countries, I’ve developed a unique depth of international engagement and commercial expertise. As a senior commercial diplomat, I lived and worked in foreign markets, leading initiatives in export promotion, investment attraction, science and technology engagement, and international relations.
From cultivating high-value networks to generating leads, gathering intelligence, and identifying opportunities, I helped leaders and organizations capitalize on commercial opportunities. I also created market expansion strategies, opened and managed international offices, and built team capacity to enhance export promotion, investment attraction, and international relations efforts.
Why Fractional Diplomacy?
Leaders from governments, agencies, and companies often shared a common challenge: they need this expertise but lack the resources for a full-time role or can’t find the expertise to “hit the ground running”. That’s why I created my Fractional Diplomacy Practice—to make international and commercial diplomatic acumen accessible on an as-needed basis, without the financial commitment of a permanent hire.
